Sales - 
AAI Distribution is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Aviation Inc., a Minnesota Corporation engaged in the manufacture and sales of industrial related products and services.

All sales are deemed to have taken place in the state of Minnesota, under the Minnesota Commercial Code.

All sales are FOB our facility in South St. Paul, Minnesota or our warehouse in Owatonna, Minnesota.

Distributor Transactions -

AAI Distribution prefers to receive Distributor orders in the form of a purchase order, with tracking number and authorized signature.

All purchase orders will be confirmed and the confirmation will include an expected date of shipment.

Domestic distributors may pay by COD, company check or credit card.

Domestic distributors who provide credit information for evaluation, and who are granted credit approval, are granted 30-day payment terms.

Credit terms -

*  All invoices are due 30 days from the date of shipment.
*  Statements include invoice aging to enable the Distributor to audit their
                payment performance.
*  Invoice amounts which are unpaid beyond our 30 day terms are subject to a
    1 ½ % per month, 18 % annum finance charge.
*  Distributors whose account contain items unpaid beyond 60 days will have     
    their credit privileges suspended until their account is current again. 

International distributors may pay by Bank Wire Transfer and Major Credit Card.
